Room in a Shared Flat, Lysia Street, SW6

Hello there,

We have a massive double room becoming available in a recently refurbished flat in a posh area of Fulham (due to our lovely flatmate moving to the USA!). The flat consists of 3 rooms, two bathrooms, living room which leads into the massive garden at the back - Perfect for summer tanning and BBQ's :)

The flat comes with sky tele (with full movies subscription), broadband connection, brand new furniture in all rooms including living room, brand new bathroom and kitchen. All the local amenities (Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tescos, local bars and restaraunt) are minutes away and the flat is 100 yards away from the gym and river Thames if you are a bit of runner and into fitness. There are also couple of big parks right next door to practice sports.

The room consists of a king size bed, two separate wardrobes, desk and a chair, two chest of drawers, one mirror stand etc., it oozes out character and also has a fireplace inside. The picture does not do justice to the size and the room so i suggest you come in and have a look before you take a call..

We are looking for a neat and tidy professional person who respect the flat and each others privacy rather than someone who is a party animal.

There are two girls currently in the flat, one is from Germany and the other one is from Budapest. They both are working professionals and are extremely tidy and friendly. Essentially we are looking for someone who can call it a home rather than a lodging pad and hang out with the flatmates over the odd summer BBQ/weekends :)
