Room in a Shared Flat, Lower Richmond Road, SW15

We have a light and airy double room available in our lovely riverside flatshare in Putney. The room is furnished with a double bed and tons of really useful built in storage. It's at the back of the flat so really quiet and private, and it's recently been repainted and recarpeted.

The flat is absolutely lovely - really spacious, light and bright. It's within a really desirable mansion block right on the river by Putney bridge, and houses two big quads of communal green space, which is a really wonderful benefit to living here, particularly in the Summer. The building is also extremely safe and private, with gated access for pedestrians and vehicles, and a porters lodge to take in parcels etc..

We're in a fabulous location, equidistant between Putney mainline station and Putney bridge tube station, both are about an 8 min walk. There's also great bus links and even the Putney Pier boat stop.

The existing flatmates are three girls and a very grumpy cat. We all have busy independent lives but also get on well and will enjoy one another's company in the shared lounge.

The rent is £625 and the bills usually come to about £105 on top of that, which includes a weekly cleaner and Sky TV. It's great value relative to other flats in the area.
