Hi! Me and my flatmate are professionals and we work in King’s College Hospital. I have a 2 years old female indoor British shorthair cat. We’re nice, easy going, we clean up after ourselves and are very respectful of each other’s privacy. We are looking for a third tenant to occupy a vacant room beginning 27th of April. It is short notice due to the last minute change of circumstances by the third tenant and now therefore we are in search of someone to replace her. The flat has fairly sized double bedrooms, decent sized open plan kitchen/lounge, kindly furnished by the landlord, and plus this flat is in a very nice area close to all amenities in Lordship Lane East Dulwich — 15 mins walk to the said station. This is also a 15 mins bus ride to King’s College Hospital.
