LOCATION- ZONE 2: WEST KENSINGTON TUBE - 30 second walk from the tube
The flat is opposite West Kensington station on the district line in zone 2 which is central and very safe. We have a building manager on hand to help 24 hours a day. One of the great benefits of this flat is that it is well insulated so it is super warm all winter long.
I have a cosy living room with a couch and dining table, there is no TV. You will be SHARING a BATHROOM with me only which has a bath and shower which is neat and clean.
LENGTH OF AGREEMENT and PRICE
This is available now - the price is £1300 all inclusive.
I charge a small bond of £500.00, which I will give back to you when you return the keys.
If you need the room for a shorter/longer time please let me know and we can discuss that.

I am a professional woman in her 30s who works from home. I’m pretty friendly, easygoing and will respect your privacy and space.
ABOUT YOU:
This would suit someone who is mature, respectful, clean and preferably professional.
It is suited to someone who works in an office and needs a quiet, clean and safe place to rest their head at night for the short term only.
It is not a party house.
I apologize in advance but I do NOT want someone who works from home as I work from home and it would be too crowded for the both of us.
