Room in a Shared Flat, London, SE1

Hi, I’m Dana and my current roommate will be moving out in June, leaving a room available in our 2-bedroom apartment. The rent is £300 per week (excluding bills) and I’m looking for someone to move in for at least a year.

The flat is located really well, 5 minute walk from Waterloo station and a 20 minute walk to soho. The area is well connected with easy public transport and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

As i’m a student, I’m preferably looking for one too. I’m a pretty easy going person and am always up for a cozy night in or a night out. I would love us to be friends too and get along well but also respect each others privacy.
