The apartment comes furnished and has an open plan kitchen living area with plenty of storage. The double bedroom gets lots of natural light and is quiet during the night. There is an en-suite bathroom and a large wardrobe in the room. There is an also separate laundry and dryer room and a spacious hallway with shoe storage.

I am moving out the beautiful apartment and my flat mate Anna is looking for a new person to live with. Anna is a 34 product manager who likes music, cinema, literature and art in general. She is looking for a female house mate of a similar age who is tidy and sociable. She works from the office 2-3 days a week but often in during the evenings.

Bills aren’t included in the rent. Bills include electricity, energy, water, internet, broadband and council tax. The prices vary depending on energy. Around £120 per month in total.


The property is available from the start of June for 4 months but can be extended for another 6 or 12 months.
