Double bed available that current flatmate is selling for £200 if you want to keep it (only 3 months old) and has a built in wardrobe with mirror. You can have the option to take the bed out if you have your own.

I love living in this flat. The location is amazing on the beautiful Narrow street and it’s so quiet! The landlord is an absolute gem! Very rare!!

A little bit about me...I am 32, work as a personal assistant in the city. I am a keen gym enthusiast! It would be great to have someone who shares the love for the gym too!

It would be nice to have a flat mate to chill and watch netflix with. Always up for going for the odd drink here and there too. Equally it would be nice to have our own space.

I am a clean, tidy and respectful person and would expect the same in return. I am a friendly and outgoing girl :)

First month’s rent to be paid on 26th July
Rent is £850
Deposit £850

The extra’s to pay on top per month would be:
Council tax £68
Electricity: £20 per month and then we have a quarterly bill that they adjust around what we have paid. As an indication the last one was £150 so we would split that.

Broadband is included!
Water - I have already paid for this until April 2020 and split with current housemate so you would need to pay the remainder back to current housemate when she leaves 
Move in date on Saturday 27th July 2019
