En-suite bedroom in a fully furnished 3-bedrooms apartment. The apartment is bright, spacious and well maintained, located on the second floor (no lift). It is very close to Tower Bridge, in front of City Hall, 5 min walk from London Bridge station and the lively Bermondsey street.

It has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining room with a big sofa and armchair and two bathrooms. This is a vegetarian/vegan house :) please do not apply if you would like to eat/cook meat in the flat.
There is one male tenant occupying one of the bedrooms. He is quiet, respectful and friendly. The second room is kept free for us. We occasionally come to London for work or during weekends.
We add £100 to the rent to cover all bills - council tax, water, gas, electricity, cleaner and internet. £1375 all inclusive. The cleaner is coming twice a month. If you are a couple, £1450.
