King's Cross is in central London with great public transport links to the rest of the city, country and even the world with Eurostar! You can walk to Euston, Shoreditch, Bloomsbury, Clerkenwell and Soho or catch a frequently passing bus. Close to universities and work places with Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations not too far either.

The flat has two rooms, each with its own kitchen area. Only the bathroom is shared with one other (me / *****). The current flatmate is moving out after more than two years only because, following the PM's latest restrictions announcement, his work does not need him to be in the office any time soon so he's staying with family. The room is about 9sqm. Price pcm is for 6 month+ term; it might be a bit more if renting very short term.

- Don't need to bake & cook loads due to limited facilities, although if we get on you could access my full size kitchen (I want to learn to cook more!)
- Like their own self-contained space and don't need a shared sitting room, although I am up for Netflix and film evenings on my large TV, a drink or the occasional dinner
- Are happy with parks and local areas as there is no balcony/garden
- Like occasional light exercise as it's on the third floor, no lift!
