Room in a Shared Flat, Lea Bridge Road, E10

We're looking for someone to fill a cosy double room in our chilled 3 bed flat in Walthamstow/Leyton!

 The room is for single occupancy and has a bed and a large wardrobe in it. It has a window facing the garden and is a must see to get the feeling and vibe of it! The flat has one bathroom (a separate shower and bath), a pretty snazzy open plan kitchen/living room and also has a large Garden (BBQ's galore).

We're looking for someone to fill the room ASAP (Latest 31st July).

The deal:
So the tenancy contract expires 1st October, but we're potentially looking to stay on so you can stay on with us if you choose!

 Transport links:
Pretty epic if I say so myself. There is a bus stop literally outside our door. 55, 48 and 56. These buses go to Hackney and central London, and are regular and very quick. (58 and 158 around the corner too). Lea Bridge station is a 5 min walk away and gets you to Stratford in 5 minutes. Walthamstow tube station is a 15ish minute walk away or a 5-minute bus ride.

Rent and Money
- Rent is £467 a month
- Bills are paid quarterly but are low as **** and come to roughly £20 month.
- deposit is £467 (Protected)

So you'll be paying one month's rent, along with the deposit when you move in.

 Sydney works in journalism, and I work in the arts. Our schedules are pretty manic, so some days go without seeing each other, but always catch up when we get a chance. We're looking for a friendly, chilled person who cleans up after themselves to join us!
