Room in a Shared Flat, Lascotts Road, N22

I am a live-in landlord looking for someone to rent one of the two spare rooms.

This flat is a spacious maisonette with a rear garden. 
The room is on the top floor and you can also use the space in the guest room for storage. 

I am a teacher looking for someone to who is also a professional, who ultimately needs to sleep at night.

I will also consider anyone who wants to stay from Monday to Friday if that's something you are considering. I'm quite flexible and easy going.

The flat is about a 12 minute walk to Bounds Green tube, 15 minutes to Wood Green, both are on the Picadilly line.

It is also 8 mins walk away from the Overground, Bowes Park, which goes into Moorgate/Old Street. 

It is a quiet street with little noise at night and the bedroom faces the garden so is even more peaceful and quiet. 

I can buy additional cupboards/TV etc if needed.

Happy for short or long term tenants.

The bed is king size with a Simba matress.

I also have two cats!
