Room in a Shared Flat, Lakeside Drive, NW10

I unfortunately need to leave my two lovely flatmates and double room in North West London. Rent includes bills but council tax not included. Move- day can also be flexible but preferably within May. £1100pcm

I live with two female paramedics who often work night shifts and are looking for a flatmate to replace me, that is happy to live amongst shift-workers. Female is also preferred.

They are very social and love to chat, make music, theatre, cook, and go on adventures; however it is not a party household and ideally the new flatmate is quite peaceful.

The room is a decent size and I currently have a desk, drawers and other bits in the room.
A wardrobe and mattress will be included with the room but I’m happy to throw in the desk and bedframe I already have, which are in very good condition.
The bathroom is a shower-bath shared with 1 flatmate. - very clean and tidy. 

We are on the top floor of 5, with a balcony and a huge communal garden for residents.
Located 7 mins from Hangar Lane and Park Royal stations.

No parking
No smoking
No couples
They may consider a very well-behaved cat also.
