The original price of the apartment was 374 pounds a week, and the contract price was 323 pounds a week. Now accept contract price discount up to 250 pounds a week.

The start date can be discussed (earlier or later) but not later than April 17. Only requests that cover the rest of the lease will be accepted. This apartment has very new facilities and good environment, with a common pool hall, activity area, quiet study area, movie room, gym on the first floor of the same building and easy access to the elevator. Excellent location, next to Hoxton Tube station, three minutes walk away. Downstairs is the supermarket, directly opposite is Sainsbury's, ten minutes walk to the famous art district Shoreditch High Street,20 minutes to Liverpool st. The Overground Tube is just outside the door. It takes half an hour to get to the city centre and half an hour to get to Stratford. It only takes three stops. There are also direct buses to the city centre (55,243).

The remaining three roommates are all very nice, a Chinese female, a Chinese male and an Indian female. They pay great attention to the public area and are very quiet and do not disturb others' rest by making noise. One's own room door is directly attached to the hallway, so there is no need to share space with three other people except the kitchen in the other room (see Figure 8).
