TENANT ASSESSMENT (REFERENCING)

An offline option is available but this takes much longer. The cost of the assessment will be met by the landlord.

HOLDING DEPOSIT
You can elect to pay a Holding Deposit, equivalent to 1 weeks rent, and which will give you first refusal on the room once your assessment is satisfactory. If you pass the referencing assessment and agree to take the room, this money will be credited against the deposit and the 1st month rent amount, which will be required before you move in.
