The flat has 2 floors, with 3 bedroom, kitchen joint with spacious living room, bathroom and toilet separate and a storage space under the stairs. The current occupant of this flat is 1 male (English, 25, English literature student) and other not known(also currently free if you are interested in moving with friend).
The flat is located in 2 minute walk from Gospel Oak station ( overground zone 2), and 7 minutes walk from Kentish Town station ( Northern Line, zone 2 ) and 15 minutes from Camden Town ( northern line, zone 1-2) and it is about 30 maximum walk from central London, also located near several bus stop to central London(c11, 24, 134 ). It is very quite neighbourhood considering being close to Camden or central London.
The bills not included however water and council tax is covered until the end of the contract within the flat, gas and electricity can come around to 15 pound maximum per month depending on how you spend.
