Room in a Shared Flat, Kane House, N15

Hi Guys!

I'm looking for a person to take over my fresh EN-SUITE 

THE EN-SUITE itself is light, spacious and everything is new, including the building we live in. (pictures says more than a thousand words so please have a look). AND you get your own balcony door as well which really contributes to the brightness in the room.
- it has its own bathroom which comes with a large shower that has both overhead and handheld. Everything is tiled so its easy to keep clean and lets not forget, its shared with no one which is a blessing.
-Also one integrated closet with another one with the mirror doors which i installed.

THE BUILDING is a larger brick apartment complex where we have the biggest flat with a HUGE wrap around balcony, which is perfect for summer. (we also get the evening sun and border to a large park so evenings and weekends are all calm and you don't struggle with constant traffic passing you.)
oh, and there is an elevator + someone who regularly cleans hallways etc.
Operated by IDM estates who are very professional and help with anything so you don't have to deal with a private landlord.

WELL CONNECTED:
In London getting fra A-B is key and we´re well connected.
VICTORIA LINE, aka the london lightning is 10 min walk to SEVEN SISTERS which takes you to all the important places like Oxford circus in 13 short minutes and kings cross in 8.
PICADILLY LINE. 10 min walk the opposite way gets you to turnpike lane and every stop on the picadilly line.
(Both are night tubes for the weekend)

Other things:
we share a living room with an open solution, combining kitchen and living area with 2 large floor to ceiling windows + double door balcony entrance.

The other two flatmates (one guy and one girl) are both professional. One working full-time as a manager and one combining work with studying for a degree.
The house is fun to live in with a relaxed atmosphere where it's easy to have a party, but were also very considerate to each others private life.

Timings for moving in can be negotiated and so can furniture.
