Room in a Shared Flat, Juniper House, SE14

Here is my double room in modern apartment in Peckham. I am leaving it because I am moving abroad by the end of April. However, I am very flexible on the move-in date if someone needs from earlier.

The room is double and has all the necessary amenities: double bed, dresser, closet, desk (possible to do WFH), nightstand and lamp. The apartment is modern and functional: there are 4 rooms, a toilet, a bathroom, a spacious and bright kitchen/living room. The current tenants are friendly young workers willing to make friends and leave the necessary privacy when you want.

The area is provided with all conveniences: bus stop 3 minutes walk with all buses to downtown (53, 453, 172, 21, ...) and the overground stop is 5-10 minutes walk away. London Bridge reachable in less than 20 minutes. There is a supermarket in the building in front of the house, a Tesco (5 min on foot) and a large Lidl (10 min on foot). Pckham has many ethnic restaurants and independent cafes with vibrant and stimulating air. Very authentic and amazing South London experience.
