There is a large balcony/terrace, as well as use of a beautiful and well-maintained communal garden.   The tenant would have most of the main bathroom to themselves (the shower and cabinets). 

There is a concierge for parcels and a well-equipped residents-only gym with spa.  There is plenty of green space on and near the development - with several parks nearby.  

There is a community feel to Colindale Gardens -  with a social committee who organise events for residents several times a year.

The building is close to Colindale Tube Station and also has very good bus connections to Hendon station  - both on the northern line.

 The bedroom comes with tasteful, neutral decor: cream carpeting, white walls and grey blinds.  There is the option for the bedroom to be part-furnished with a single bed, side table and shelves, otherwise, it is unfurnished.

Bills come to around £160 per month each so total including bills and rent would be £1160 pcm.
