Two nice flatmates, a Portuguese engineer and Italian architect, are looking for to welcome a new housemate on their lovely flat in Hoxton East London :)

The flat is very well located:

- 8 min walking to Hoxton Overground Station
- 10 min walking to Haggerston Overground Station
- 20 min walking to Old Street

It is also very close to Shoreditch and Liverpool Street which makes the location great. On the North side there is the Regents canal which is always a nice walk to Angel, Broadway Market or Victoria Park.

There are many buses to central London too (Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Holborn etc) given the proximity to Kingsland Road. On the other side there's also the very 'vibrant' Hoxton street which helds a street market Saturday mornings.

We have a very welcoming and cosy living room which we like to share when we' (Email Removed After Let) is also a small balcony attached to it.

The flat has also a shared kitchen, toilet and separate shower. It is located on a second floor with private entry to the building.

The room is single and it comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and it has 2 large windows with lots of sun light.

Rent is 752£ (+bills around 100£)
Deposit is 867£

The room is available from the 9th of July onward but it is flexible and it can be available before.
