The flat has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite as you can see in the pictures) high ceilings, very spacious, clean and comfortable. You'd be sharing with me.

It comes with all the appliances (washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven) and it's just 2 minutes walking from Acton Main Line (one stop away from Paddington) 20min from Acton Central (walking) and 10min from North Acton. 266 and 440 bus stops right at the door.

I'm looking for someone clean and responsible that can afford the rent (bills and council tax included in price)

Looking for someone to move in by the end of August, with a minimum stay of 6 to 12 months.

The landlord is a very nice man, and the agency takes care of anything that needs to be taken care of very quickly, which is a plus.
