We are looking for 2 flatmates for next YEAR (03/07/2022 - 03/07/2023) to share in this 3-bed flat in this student household.
Rent:
650 pm or 150 pw for each bedroom (2 double rooms available). GAS & HOT WATER INCLUDED in the rent.
Other bills + 150 Mbs internet about 50 pounds pm per person. Non-student needs to pay council tax of ~38 pounds per month. 5-week deposit. Students without guarantor would need to pay 3-month upfront.

About the flat:
It is a recently renovated split-floor apartment on the 2nd floor of the building.
- lower floor: kitchen, lounge, bedroom, balcony, toilet + plenty of storage;
- upper floor: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one available)
The lower-floor bedroom faces the south with plenty of sunlight. The upper-floor bedroom is carpeted and features a walk-in closet.
All living facilities are included (TV, microwave, washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, etc.).
The flat is double-gated so it is very safe. It is close to lots of local shops (10 min walk to a Sainsbury Superstore/ Coop/ Iceland/ Savers).
Transport:
The transport is convenient (10 min walk to Westbourne Park tube station with Circle / Hammersmith & City line; and 10 min walk to Queen's Park / Kensal Rise station with Bakerloo line). There is also a bus stop right in front of the flat, with direct buses to South Kensington & Victoria (about 30-40 min). There is place to park the bicycles and a car securely too.
About us:
We are international student couple studying at Imperial College London. I’m Chinese and 2nd Year Biomedicine student. My bf is Sri Lankan and does 2nd Year Aeronautical Engineering. I might be away for my internship until Apr 2023, so you might just be sharing with him for most of the time with another tenant. We both have a quiet nature and we do not party or drink, so you can be reassured about a quiet study/work place.
About you:
We are looking for 2 students (undergraduate - PhD), ideally also studying at Imperial or other universities). Young working professionals are also considered but you would need to pay council tax (about 38 pounds per month).
