Newly renovated Large Double room in quiet 2 bed flat in leafy residential street.


I am looking to share my sunny two bed flat in Streatham/Brixton Hill, SW2 and have recently renovated the entire property, aiming to create a warm and welcoming feeling.  The flat is on a very quiet residential street overlooking the leafy green Hillside Park which is great if you are sporty as it has tennis courts, basket ball and an outdoor gym!  The flat has a new kitchen, with all new appliances, a large open plan comfy lounge with TV and X-Box to share and access to a great deck for the Summer.


I am looking to share with someone who can enjoy a few laughs, is tidy and house proud, ideally around 23-35 and office based.   I am a sociable & relaxed 26 yr old professional working mostly from home in tech.  I am a big foodie who enjoys cooking, eating out, trying local pubs & comedy nights, gaming and watching films on the supersized TV!  I am a gym fan, like swimming and am currently training for a half marathon in September.


The room is spacious, newly furnished and decorated in calm neutral colours, with drawers, hanging space, a new ottoman double bed & comfy Loaf mattress, with lots of storage beneath. There is enough space for a desk if required.

We will share the downstairs bathroom & the further WC upstairs.

Transport is easy being within 10 min walk to Streatham Hill & Tulse Hill stations and many bus routes with just a 10 min ride to Brixton and the Victoria line..

There is so much on the doorstep with lots to explore in the local area including Brockwell Park & lido, a choice of gyms & sports clubs. Many local shops & cafes including a great M&S & an ALDI. Herne Hill has lovely pubs for Sunday roasts, restaurants and farmers markets. Dulwich, Clapham and Balham are closeby too.
