Room in a Shared Flat, Highbury Quadrant, N5

Hello!

If you are looking for a place that feels like home, then this is certainly it! The room is very good size double, for single occupancy, in a nice, bright and tidy 3 bedroom flat (one of the rooms is used as an office). You will have your own furnished room (with bed, built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe and chest of drawers) and share the toilet/ bathroom (separate rooms), a big living room and spacious kitchen with me. The flat also has a balcony. If you work from home, there is plenty of space for you to be comfortable here.

A little about me:
At home, I like cooking, reading books and watching series and movies. I like being active and I play tennis and do yoga. I enjoy walking, especially at Clissold park, which is really close to the flat, or around the area and London, generally. I enjoy socialising with the person I live with, but also value time to myself and respect other people's privacy. I would welcome a professional who is looking for a place that feels cosy and homely.

I welcome shorter or longer-term stays and can accommodate someone who needs the flat only for few days a week (and negotiate price).

About the area:
I really like the area, with a lot of shops, restaurants, coffee places and lovely independent book shops only few mins walk from the flat. There is a true community-feeling that I value living here. Finsbury park Picturehouse and Rio cinema are a short walk, for those of you who like independent cinemas like me :)

The flat is situated perfectly, few minutes walk from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church street. It is within walking distance from Arsenal and Finsbury Park underground stations and Canonbury station. There is a good choice of bus stops, to central London, only few minutes away. Plenty of transport options there!
