We are looking for a replacement tenant for our lovely furnished 2 bed maisonette in Manor House, near Stoke Newington and Finsbury Park. 

I am leaving the flatshare in May, so you would be sharing with Seb who is a 26 year old teacher. We are ideally looking for a young professional who is happy to socialise as a flat but also to do their own thing. 

The flat itself is large and split level with plenty of storage throughout. The living room looks out onto the garden with outdoor furniture. With some TLC it will be perfect for BBQs in the summer! There is a separate kitchen and a shared bathroom upstairs. Outside there is a driveway with parking for two cars. 

The room itself is large with plenty of storage (built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving included).

Rent is £950 excluding bills (which come to around £150pcm). 

In terms of transport links we are 5mins walk from Manor House (Picadilly Line), 10 mins from Finsbury Park (Victoria & Picadilly lines), bus links to London Bridge, Chalk Farm, Waterloo. And we are a 15min walk from Stoke Newington where there are lots of bars and restaurants.
