Hi Gals 🙋🏼♀️ it’s with a heavy heart I’m putting up my room in my Wimbledon Apartment as I’m moving down to Cornwall to begin my surfer gal era 🏄🏼 I have absolutely loved living in the flat and living with my house mate who you would be moving in with (more on her later 😍) and I’m genuinely so sad to be saying goodbye to such a happy home! Now onto the important parts-

The bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the flat to each other with a bathroom, entranceway and corridor inbetween so lovely and private. The room itself is a good size and comes furnished with double ottoman bed, matress, rail and chest of drawers.

📍 Location- Great location, lots of brunch places around (Wimbledon/earlfield/Tooting etc) Wimbledon tennis for summer, close/walking distance/bus distance to Haydons Road, Wimbledon, Colliers Wood and Wimbledon park tube (Northern and District). Cafes and restaurants downstairs. Walking distance to Tooting, Earlsfield and Wimbledon.. Local shops nearby, big Lidl, nice and safe area.

Rent: £1125 (council tax included)
Bills: approximately £110-140/pp pcm (water/ gas /electrics/internet/tv/tv licence)

My housemate and I actually budgeted £1300 each per month all in, which also gave a buffer for heating/electrics during winter months but not a necessity to do the same! So far it hasn’t been needed and infact we have ourself a nice little savings account!

👱🏼♀️Your housemate- 31 year old Swede called Josephine who is BY FAR my fav thing about London. I am truly devastated to be parting with her! You can expect to hear me on FaceTime, A LOT! Josephine work’s in sales within commercial real estate, mostly working from the office and occasionally at home. Loves the gym, music, museums, books and going out for food. She is one of those cultured people who walks round galleries and spends £7 on a coffee. So if that’s your jam you’ll be the best of friends!! Jo is fiercely independent and appreciates her own space but is one of the best humans you can have in your corner. Endlessly kind and considerate and will always make time for you.
