We are looking for 2 flatmates for the next YEAR (03/07/2022 - 03/07/2023) to share in this 3-bed flat.

Rent: 700 pm or 161 pw for each bedroom (1 double room available). GAS & HOT WATER INCLUDED in the rent. Rest of the bills + 150 Mbs internet should cost about 50 pounds pm per person.

NO COUPLES PLEASE. MOVE IN AFTER JUNE. SHORT LET NOT CONSIDERED unless you can find replacement tenant.

About the flat:

It is a recently renovated split-floor apartment on the 2nd floor of the building.

- lower floor: kitchen, lounge, bedroom, balcony, toilet + plenty of storage;

- upper floor: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one available)

The lower-floor bedroom faces the south with plenty of sunlight. The upper-floor bedroom is carpeted and features a walk-in closet.

All living facilities are included (TV, microwave, washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, etc.).

The flat is double-gated so it is very safe. It is close to lots of local shops (10 min walk to a Sainsbury Superstore/Coop/Iceland/Savers).

Transport:

The transport is convenient (10 min walk to Westbourne Park tube station with Circle / Hammersmith & City line; and 10 min walk to Queen's Park / Kensal Rise station with Bakerloo line). There is also a bus stop right in front of the flat, with direct buses to South Kensington & Victoria (about 30-40 min). There is place to park the bicycles and a car securely too.

About us:

We are international student couple studying at Imperial College London. I’m Chinese and 2nd Year Biomedicine student. My bf is Sri Lankan and does 2nd Year Aeronautical Engineering. The other tenant is a 1st year Imperial Maths student. We both have a quiet nature and we do not party or drink, so you can be reassured about a quiet study/work place.

About you:

We are looking for 1 student for the upstairs bedroom (undergraduate - PhD). Move in date is July 3, but if you want to move in slightly earlier that’s also okay!
