We are looking for a neat and cheerful flatmate. The flat is located in Kensal Rise area (zone 2) and is available after 6 June 2019 (it can either be a short term rental from 6 June - 31 Aug 2019, or a 1-year rental from 6 June to 31 Aug 2020)

The Room

Rent is £780 per month, including all bills, internet and a monthly cleaning service.

As you can see in the pictures, the ensuite is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard, and a large desk for you to work comfortably. Heating and drying rack is also provided. Individual bathroom.

The Apartment

The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor of a service apartment with lift access as well as CCTV monitoring. It is bright, clean with a fully equipped kitchen. (You are free to use everything in the kitchen, including seasonings like salt and pepper. Perfect for short term stay so it’s convenient for you to cook! )

You are going to be sharing the kitchen and the living room with the other 2 flatmates. There are also 2 lovely cats- a 3 years old black cat and a 7 months old kitten!

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Kensal Rise, all of the facilities you need are easily accessible - pubs, cafes, restaurants, local market, clinic in 10 mins walk or 5 mins bike/ bus from home.

Transportation

Bus - Bus stops for 6, 52, 226, 206 to central London are just around the corner (2 mins walk). There is also 24hrs service (bus 6, 52)!

Overground - Kensal Rise station is just 15mins walk away.

Tube/ Overground - Less than 10 mins by bus to Queens park station and Kilburn park station.
