The ideal flatmate would enjoy flat meals, the odd night out and would like to live in a clean & tidy flat, that's home not just a flat share. Tenants have fairy normal schedules as we work 9 am to 5 pm. They like films, dancing, and good food, and we are all friendly and outgoing. We don't tend to be at home all the time but enjoy staying in when we do.

The other flatmates are Chris (Greek), Ewa (Polish), Promise (English) and Jack (English).

It's 5 mins walk to Leyton tube station, which is on the central line, and 10 mins walk to Leytonstone High Rd overground. Also within a 10-minute bus ride is Stratford, so good connections for central London. 35 mins to central London. 10 mins bus ride to Hackney central or Walthamstow Central. Also, it's on the N8, N205 & N26 night buses routes, and the central line runs overnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

If you cycle, it is in a great place - just close enough to everything, but far enough away for a good ride.
