The area is lovely, with a Big Tescos a short drive or bus ride away, as well as as Aldi, B&M and North Finchley town all within a 20 minute walk. We are however on the 4th floor, so if you aren’t fully mobile this may be a problem.

8 minute walk to New Southgate overground station - with trains every 30 minutes running to Moorgate (8/10 minute train to Finsbury Park). Or 17 minute walk to Arnos Grove (Piccadilly line). For reference, it takes me 35 minutes MAX to get to Euston station for uni. Perfect for professionals or university students looking for quick links to central London.

I’m a 3rd year university student. I’m a gym rat, very easy going and friendly. I love listening to music, watching tv and cook in my free time.

Council tax band is C, it is currently £1553 annually. I am a student so I pay none, but if you are a professional I believe you will have to pay 75% of this.
