Situated between Richmond Park and Wimbledon common, this 3 bedroom flat is in an amazing area, and features free parking, ultra fast broadband, and is close to transport links for Putney, Roehampton, Kingston, Richmond, Barnes and Wimbledon.

I am currently living in the flat with my dog (a 10 year old very quiet mini schnauzer), and am looking to rent the small double (£900) and large double (£1,150). The smaller double is furnished with a bed, and a chest of drawers, however, this can be changed for a wardrobe if wanted. The larger double is furnished with a wardrobe and bed, with room to put a desk or dressing table also. There is a bathroom with shower and bath, a downstairs toilet, a large kitchen and a big living room with dining table and sofa for chilling.

Some bills are included within the rent price.

About me: I am an executive assistant working in Kensington, and usually work in the office through the week. However, my bosses do travel often, so there may be some weeks that I am WFH. I only moved in February so am still relatively new to the area but I absolutely love the green spaces, the quiet neighbourhood, and that I am close enough to Central London without being right in the heart of it! I go to the gym most days - I was a personal trainer before I moved to London so always on hand for nutrition and workout advice! I enjoy reading, walking and chilling but am up for a good night down the pub or a few drinks in the park.

I am looking for like minded individuals, 32-40, who don't mind spending time alone but are also happy to have the occasional night drinking wine and watching a movie. I am quite introverted so spend a lot of time reading, watching TV and keeping myself to myself, but I am always here for a chat or dog walk or brunch. I don't mind whether I live with males or females, but, I am very house proud so would like the flat to be kept in a certain condition day to day. I am looking for others who are respectful and considerate.
