I am looking for a replacement for me, for my lovely 2 BHK flat right opposite Spitalfields market.

The room is available from 1st July but you could move in sooner if needed.

I have the lease for the flat till end of May 2024 (11 months from July) with a break clause at the end of Nov 2023 (5 months from July). I'm ok with people looking for either of those terms and the lease term can be negotiated.

The apartment (E1 6UN) is located bang opposite Spitalfields market in Central London (street view). Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Aldgate East stations are all within a 5-8 mins walk from the house making every part of London very accessible and easy to get to! You will have access to most of the tube lines (Hammersmith, Circle, Metropolitan, Central, Overground, Elizabeth, DLR, District and maybe a couple more) and national rail as well! It's a very lively and very safe neighbourhood (even late at night) and has a lot of connectivity in the night as well.

It's 20-25 mins door to door to the 6PS office depending on how fast you walk. It's just 4 tube stops on multiple direct lines.

About the flatmate

He is 28 and have been living in London for 15 months now. He is originally from New Delhi, India and enjoy playing a variety of sports, boardgames, going for picnics and just trying new things in life. He is very easy going, adjusting, super clean, tidy and quite organised and would expect the flatmate to be tidy in the common areas of the flat. He loves to travel and am usually out for a few weeks every 2-3 months. he loves pets but don't have any, so they would be welcome but we would need landlord approval for that.
