Room in a Shared Flat, Flat2, SW8

Hello,

My flatmate (Marcello) and I (Xavier) are looking for a new flatmate to take over Anna's room as she is unfortunately leaving London.

The room is furnished as can be seen in the pictures, it is 270cm x 300cm. The common areas include a large, welcoming living room, a well equipped kitchen (including washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer,...), bathroom, restroom separated from the bathroom, and a garden. The location is really good as Vauxhall, Battersea, Brixton, Clapham, Chelsea are all easily accessible (and well served by public transports). We have several shops at walking distance (tesco express, sainsbury, waitrose,...) so you are sure to find your favourite.
The bills are not included but I can say that in two years they never exceeded 100£/month/person all included (council, internet, water, energy). Our landlord asks for a proof of income and a couple more papers upon moving in.

Ideally, our new flatmate would be
- LGBTQIAP+ friendly (not negociable),
- clean and tidy (and contributes to cleaning the common areas),
-has experience with flatshare life,
- eager to contribute in the social life of the flatshare.

Marcello works in consulting, studied Japanese, enjoys going to concerts, but traded them for video games and cooking during covid
Xavier works in cancer research as a mathematician, plays the guitar, spends a lot of time climbing, reading, going to concerts, and cooking.
