Room in a Shared Flat, Farringdon Road, EC1M

My partner and I are moving in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in Farringdon on 27 May. The apartment is located right next to the Farringdon station. It is an amazing location and is a beautiful flat. It comes furnished and building has 24 hr security. Flat is well ventilated and have large windows in both rooms and living area.

We are searching for another person to take up the other room and share the house with us. We both are professionals, easy going, clean and affable. We like a glass of wine, explore London and social. He work in a infrastructure consultancy and I work as an engineer.

Please send a little blurb about yourself if you are interested. You will have your room with wardrobe and your own bathroom (bathtub and bide). We are looking to live with people who are social, clean and homely, we would be happy to have a occasional shared meal or drinks if you are up for it. We are pretty relaxed and easy gong and respect peoples private space.
