A large double room furnished and three minutes off Wandsworth Road. 
The room is between Nine Elms Station, Stockwell Station, Vauxhall Station and a short bus ride to Clapham Junction.

You will be sharing with three guys and there is a weekly cleaner. 
The flat is quiet and not a party flat. There is an enclosed front area where you can have BBQs or socialise.
I am looking to move out ASAP but can be flexible depending on how soon you want to move in. You will take over my tenancy. 
There is no living room, but the room is big enough with a table and chair. The landlord is happy for you to bring your furniture. 
Some bills are included, but you will have to pay for electricity, gas and cleaning (£70 monthly)
Boring stuff:
You will have to do reference checks by the landlord's agent. You must be in full-time employment, but if you are self-employed or a student, the agent will require a guarantor.
