The apartment is modern and very large (>100 square metres), has an outdoor area, and will be provided furnished, except for a bed.

I am a female, young professional and work mostly from the office so would be looking for someone similar and who I can get along with. Minimum 6 months lease and you will be put on the tenancy agreement, so will need to pass reference checks with the landlord. Bills will be separate and split between us.
