Room in a Shared Flat, Elgin Avenue, W9

I am moving out and I am looking for someone to replace me. My bedroom is on the larger side, with a double bed, wardrobe and side table come with the room. There is also a balcony which is perfect for the summer. The living room and kitchen are shared but my flatmate is tidy. She enjoys going out and would be more comfortable with a female flatmate. We are a 12 min walk to both Maida Vale and Westbourne Park (stations) and a 25 min walk to Paddington and Notting Hill (in each direction). Please message me to book a viewing if you are interested.
