We are looking for friendly and tidy professional flatmates (1 male and 1 female!) to join this fun, newly built flat share of 1 female and 1 male professionals in their twenties!

The flat share is located a 2-minute walk from the Essex Road train station and about 15-minute walk to Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations plus there are excellent bus connections from the New North Road. There are plenty of grocery shopping options nearby and Essex Road offers great going out and restaurants choices.

Utilities/broadband/council tax are to be added on top of the rent for the room. Bills run about £55-65 a month per person (including council tax and WiFi).

Security deposit is the standard 5 weeks of rent.

Referencing required (will be done via OpenRent), we are looking for young professionals only!

This is a 12 months contract (with an option to get out anytime when finding a replacement during the term).
