Walking distance to Shad Thames and Bermondsey Street (5 mins), Tower Hill station, Bermondsey and Borough (10-15 mins). Location is perfect if you work in the City/London Bridge/Southwark but also anywhere in Zone 1/2, thus saving substantially on travel costs.

CURRENT STATUS
I am renting one room to a female at the moment, a young professional who works in London Bridge.

BEDROOM
The room includes a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk and double bed, with large window providing natural light and view of the Shard. There is handy storage underneath the bed.

AMENITIES
Flat has a brand new boiler, new shower unit and refurbished kitchen. The kitchen has gas hobs, an oven, washing machine and microwave. I also have some cutlery, plates, pots and pans etc. Duvet/pillow not provided for hygiene reasons.

THE BUILDING
The flat is on the third floor and there is a fully functioning lift. There are two flats per floor (4 floors total), There is an intercom.

BILLS
Bills are excluded. Bills include gas and electricity, fibre broadband, service charges, water rates and council tax (band D). This works out to be £200pcm based on a fair use/average use policy which is paid separately to the rental.

This is a friendly, clean and respectful home for a young professional or student to enjoy and live.
