The new occupant must be neat and clean, friendly and open-minded. We do not have a cleaner, we take care of the flat ourselves.

The flat is located in Clapton by the Leabridge roundabout. Close to all amenities:
- 1 min walk from off-license shops
- 1 min walk from buses: 38, 48, 55, 56, 106, 253, 254, 308, 393, 425, 488,
- 5min walk from Clapton train station; 8 min walk to Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, and Rectory Rd train station.
- Clapton station is 15 minutes away from Liverpool St. station.

Please bear in mind that bills are not included in the rent. Monthly they come up to about 40 GBP (energy+ internet ). Additionally, we pay for the water every 6 months (depending on our usage)
We also chip in and share the budget for house toiletries we use together, such as dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
