Room in a Shared Flat, De Beauvoir Town, N1

I have been living in this flat since September but I will be leaving London soon. It's a very nice flat, with a balcony and two bathrooms. The flat is fully equipped and furnished, and wifi is included in the price. You would be living with my current flatmates Marcey and Victor, even though Victor might be subletting their room as well later on.

There is a bus stop right next to it which takes you straight to the city center (76 to Waterloo and 141 to Liverpool street), and we are also at a walking distance from the overground and, a bit further, the northern line. I have a bicycle that I'm selling but if you are interested in it I can leave it in the flat for a good price.

We are looking for someone in their 20s who can get along with everyone in the flat. We are very welcoming, any question do not hesitate on contacting us! :)
