My name is Louise. I’m looking to fill the master en-suite room in my lovely West Hampstead flat.
ABOUT THE TENANTS
2 Males, open to female tenants also.
27 and work in advertising. When I’m not in the office you’ll either find me on my bike or working my way through London’s pub scene or if I’m lucky, at an Arsenal game. I’m quite a social guy and will often have friends at the flat but equally love a night in with a film and pizza.
WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
Someone who is super easy going, (must be) clean and social-able who isn't going to be a stranger and hide in their room. I’m looking for someone who’ll be keen for a pint / G&T, watch the latest Netflix series and join in, not just fill the room.
WHAT'S THE ROOM LIKE?
The master bedroom. Everything you want and more. The room is large, can fit a double / king sized bed easily, has mirrored built-in wardrobes, a makeup counter, balcony, full ensuite w/ double sinks. Welcome to bring your own furniture. Unfurnished room but can easily fit a king sized bed and desk.
£1,350pcm + £170ish in bills and deposit of £1k.

WHAT'S THE HOUSE LIKE?
Honestly, it's probably the nicest place I’ll ever live. Top floor modern flat, renovated to be an entertainers house (open plan), amazing rooftop terrace with view and astro turf. Kitchen is fully equipped and if you like cooking, you'll absolutely LOVE it (dishwasher, two fridges, oven, washing machine, steam oven [still no clue how to use it]). The communal areas are furnished with tables, couches, bar and balcony table as well.
WHAT'S THE AREA LIKE?
West Hampstead is such a lovely area to live. It feels quite village-like. The flat is a 5-10mins walk to the tube (Jubilee line), overground and thameslink + buses. We’re also 2 minutes away from the high street which has a number of different supermarkets, amazing breakfast spots, and independent bars. There’s also a large saino’s at the O2 centre which is only a 15 min max walk away
