Looking for a female flatmate for a lovely double room in Bermondsey flat overlooking Southwark park available end of March/early April

The room comes with a lot of storage and inlcudes a desk and chair. Theres also some extra storage under the bed and on a few shelves inbuilt into the wall. You will have your own person toilet which also has a lot of storage space. The mattress is new and of great quality (was replaced in Sept 2023).

All bills are included (WiFi, heating, electric, council tax and TV licence) in the rent; the heating in the house is very strong (and was a blessing in winter) and keeps the house warm and cosy!

There is personal storage space in the kitchen as well as shared. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and kettle. You will have your own shelf in the fridge. Hoover (Dyson), broom and mop are also provided.

As you can see from the pictures, there is plenty of natural light in the dining area that makes it perfect for a WFH set up while you enjoy the breeze and view of Southwark Park.

Location: The house is very well connected. 7 min walk to Bermondsey tube (Jubilee) and approx 10 minutes to Rotherhithe station (Overground). PureGym is just a 5 min walk from the flat. The house is a short walk from Surrey Quays shopping centre, Thames River and Bermondsey Street (with plenty of cafes and restaurants). The area has super quick links to London Bridge / Waterloo / Canary Wharf / Stratford / Shoreditch.

You will have 3 amazing housemates (all female) who are friendly and polite, keep the house clean and tidy. Property has a cleaner who visits every 2 weeks (cleaner charge of £8 payable every 2 weeks) and we take turns to clean on other weekends.
