Looking for 2 x female tenants to join a shared house in Dalston, Hackney. The other house mates are a graphic designer and fashion merchandiser. We are looking a quiet, chilled, responsible tenants to join the household preferably in their 30's. The flat is in a residential area with lovely neighbours. 

The property is a Victorian conversion lower maisonette spread over two floors with a private garden. The flat is close to excellent transport links, 7 mins walk to Dalston Kingsland station, 10 mins to Dalston Junction as well as many good bus routes. Hackney Downs & London Fields which has a heated Lido and is open all year are both 10 minutes walk away. There are many great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops all within walking distance.

Both bedrooms are doubles and bedroom furniture can be provided. The shared space includes a large shared kitchen with dining table, a cosy sunny sitting room and the garden.
