1 room available (King bed) in a 2 bed ground floor flat with decked garden.
Females only to share with another female while owner abroad travelling (so some possessions will be in the room)
At least 1 work reference required and proof of identity e.g. a copy of a passport/driving license.
Flat is 3 min walk to Colliers Wood tube station 15mins to Clapham, 30mins to central London.
Good range of amenities (shops/gyms/pub/restaurant) available within in 5 minute walk (M&S/Sainsburys/Boots/TK Maxx/Next/Sports Direct/Nandos/McDonalds/Burger King ) 
Loads of local parks for exploring or lazy days lounging in back garden an option too, easy transport links to Wimbledon/Kingston/Croydon-No car parking available though!
