We have one room available in our amazing home, furnished with a double bed, desk and wooden open-air closet with shelves, and are looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.

The available room has a newcomer rent of £650 per month from now until the end of September, after which it will be £750 per month. In addition, bills work out at £100 per month.

Included in the bills are:
-Gas
-Electricity
-Broadband
-Council Tax
-Toilet Paper/Soap etc.
-Fortnightly Cleaner

(Water is excluded from the monthly bills and is paid upfront for the year. This was paid in March by the current flatmates who will need to be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis)

All in all, the flat consists of:

- 4 Double Bedrooms
- Main Bathroom with toilet
- Separate second toilet
- Kitchen
- Dining Room
- Lounge
- External rear-facing balcony/terrace

The flat is effectively a maisonette, taking up the second and third floors above the Sun Star Express convenience store. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the third floor and all the other rooms are on the second floor. The available room is on the second floor.

The flat is in a great location, right on the edge of Shoreditch, and 30 seconds walk from Old Street Station, providing quick access to other areas of London.

We are very keen to find people who will fit into our relatively sociable and outgoing atmosphere.

All of the current flatmates enjoy socialising together in the evenings during the week, maybe relaxing and watching some Netflix in the lounge on our 50" TV.

We like to go out on the weekends together as well, however, we all, of course, have our own friendship groups outside of the flat as well.
