This really is an excellent ensuite room and HUGE for its location in central London. There is plenty of space for a desk, it has access to your own private balcony, a secure lock and a king size bed. 

Looking for someone to takeover my section of the contract (runs until Nov 25th 2020 but can then be extended if you wish) as I am now living with parents and the room is unoccupied. The rent advertised is the contracted rate but I am willing to negotiate. The room is available today and my flatmate is free to allow viewings of the room and flat. We can also organise a virtual viewing if you prefer!

Ideally situated with a 30 second walk from Old Street station (Northern Line and overground) and 2 minutes walk from Moorfields eye Hospital. The top floor (the flat has 3 levels) where the room is situated has its outside door, giving you extra privacy.

The room is an amazing en-suite double bedroom with its own balcony and plenty of storage space available in a gorgeous triplex(!) flat, right on Old St roundabout next to Shoreditch Grind, the Nightjar, etc. The building is called Imperial Hall (makes for a great address line) and comes with a daytime porter, reception and CCTV security.

The flat is split across 3 levels (it used to be 2 flats and then they combined 2 vertically) with a beautiful open kitchen and breakfast bar, a dining table that seats 8 comfortably (with very cushy matching chairs), an ENORMOUS living room complete with a couch big enough to really put your feet up, and lots of natural light.

the room itself comes with a king bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and two nightstands. The room opens onto its own private balcony with great sunlight during the daytime.

The kitchen has a fully functioning electrical stove and extractor hood (both replaced this year), a dishwasher and large sink with a very fancy bendable restaurant-grade faucet. There is also plenty of cupboard storage and counter space if you like to cook!

If your own bathroom shower isn't enough, there is also the main bathroom on the same level of the flat which comes complete with a very big bathtub/waterfall shower and ample storage space in the cupboards - usually used by the other 2 flatmates. There is also a separate toilet and sink on the living room level, ideal for guests.

The flat is split across 3 levels so it's easy to get away if you need your quiet time, but is also great to hang out and have people over.

Only one flatmate is currently living in the HUGE property so you will have lots of room for yourself. He is currently working from home and works as a developer.
