Room in a Shared Flat, City North East Tower, N4

I'm unfortunately moving abroad for work but fortunately for you that means my room is up for grabs for the remaining 10 months of the lease (option to extend for another 6 months or longer beyond this).

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath above Finsbury Park tube station (less than 2 min walk) in the City North development - M&S, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Picture House, Starbucks, Faltering Fullback are all within a 2-5min walking distance! All appliances are included (i. e. washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc.) and is in a very secure building with concierge.

- 2 mins to Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line
- 14 mins to Moorgate on the Great Northern train
- 5 mins to King’s Cross on the Victoria line
- 8 mins to Oxford Circus on the Victoria line
- 14 mins to Covent Garden on the Piccadilly line

The room itself is spacious and you'll have your own bathroom - you could fit a desk in the room if you wanted to as the draws/rails in the room are mine (which I'm happy to leave). If I'm WFH I use the dining table (screen away after work!) or use the residents lounge which you have access to.

You'll be sharing with Matt, who's the Head of Talent at a tech consultancy - we've lived together for the past couple of years and genuinely great flatmate. The flat is very much a home and somewhere to chill out!

The ideal person is a young professional who goes to the office a few days a week, clean, tidy and enjoys making the most of what London has to offer as well as enjoying the odd trip to the pub!

The boring stuff... rent is £1,350 a month and bills total around £190 including WiFi, council tax, electric, water etc. The lease is until September 2025 with an 18-month break clause which can be activated in March 2025 (10months min left). Deposit and referencing is required and move in date from end of April/start of May although we can be flexible for the right person.
