I am looking for a female flatmate (sorry guys!) to share this beautiful bright and spacious Split level Victorian 2 bedroom apartment on a lovely leafy street in Camberwell //Peckham from Early July..
The property is perfectly situated right in the heart of Peckham and Camberwell, just seconds from Warwick Gardens park, 5 -10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill station and all of the local amenities on offer - such as cafes, shops, yoga studio and pubs, bars, restaurants and everything you will ever need is just a stones throw away!.
Available from early July, the room comes unfurnished so its yours to personalise although we can potentially provide some furniture if needs :).
The property has wooden floors throughout, lots of storage and lovely original features. We have skylights also and the flat gets lots of natural light.Being split level, the bedrooms are far apart and the kitchen and living room are separate also..
The landlady (private so no fees) is lovely and gets stuff sorted, we are also getting a lush new sofa and the flat repainted this month.
I have loved living here and everyone that has visited falls in love with the place also!
I am very chilled and this will be a welcoming home. I work in the creative arts so someone with similar interests would be great - although not essential. This is a perfect place for a working professional or mature student.
1.5 months deposit required and bills come to around £110 a month - sometimes a little more depending on the season, although i'm looking to reduce this..
