The apartment is a duplex so the bedrooms are upstairs and there is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. So if you would like to have your own allocated bathroom then that is fine. The room to rent is a double room.

The are two stations nearby one is three minutes of walking distance connected to the Elizabeth line, the other one is DLR and 7minutes walk. And the is all the local amenities nearby including halal shops. Three minutes walk out of this apartment is a long stretch walkway along the river Thames. Across of the apartment is a resident access only 24/7 Gym (literally 2mins walk). 


Looking for a Female Muslim tenant who does not smoke or drink in the house. I am a Muslim female who would ideally like to share with another female woman. I am moderate Muslim so I do go out and is very sociable. I like to be active - gym and long walks. I am interested in travelling the world, economics and football! I am originally from Yorkshire (therefore friendly and sociable) and recently moved to London. I am ideally looking for someone who eats halal (no pork) and preferably doesn't drink or smoke (if they doo, it's OK as long not in the apartment). I am very flexible in terms of the living arrangements I. e. allowing close friends and family visiting the apartment etc. We can discuss those kind of rules over conversation. I would like someone who I can share the apartment comfortably I. e. share the communal space as if we are like family like occasional watching TV and eating together. Maybe few nights out and the occassional random trips abroad. Flatmate MUST be clean, hygienic and tidy! Also be able to be proactive with the cleaning
