Subletting a room from the 1st of July. All bills are inclusive except the electicity and gas as this is split into 3 at the end of the month( This should be between £60-£100/£150max during the winter).

Also, as i am subletting a room - I will ensure to give 2 month notice if there is ever a time i need the flat to be vacant.
